When I saw this thing release recently, I knew I had to upgrade one! A special edition Series X/S controller, it released along with Doom's new game "The Dark Ages". Very unique design and I love the grips. Let's go over the upgrades I added to it.
First up, I swapped out the sticks. I went with "Favor Union's" newly released TMR's. They are very nice, I think my personal favorite "non-adjustable" TMR option. Using a similar structure to Ginful's design, but maintaining a "closer-to-alps" stock tension of around 80g, they perform very well in both re-centering and circularity.
Next up I added 2 high quality rear buttons. These tactile buttons have Red LED's that power on and off with the controller. I then paired them with an internal Remap Mod, allowing on-the-fly remapping to suit any game you're playing.
Finally, I added Mouse-click Triggers (LT/RT) for instant actuation and lightning fast response. This makes the controller a beast in FPS games.
